Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
Due to the nature of digital downloads (PDFs/eBooks), refunds are generally not available after the product has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
